700 g potatoes, finely grated

500 g carrots, finely grated

100 g ginger, finely grated

200 g peas, green, dried, ground

20 peppercorns, grind

15 g yeast

3 teaspoons herbal salt

½ TL cane sugar

100 g sunflower seeds

Beschreibung

If necessary, squeeze out the potato juice and mix all ingredients well.

Form roastings, fry in hot fat on both sides until golden brown.

Please fry them immediately, do not let them stand, otherwise they will become liquid.

Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
